Is there any OpenSource HTML Editors software for MAC that would replace Adobe Dreamwaver?

I'm looking for a HTML editor with ability to import word files. (Just like Dreamwaver | File >> Import >> Word Document |)

If one is not available for MAC, is there one for Windows platform and what would be a good way to run Windows app. on MAC system? Crossover?

Any help would be appreciated.
