A sort of virus blocks my acces to regedit . Trojan scanner detects this and tryes to disable it asking me to restart but no succes . Can anybody tell me what todo or how to find it?

see if your scanner will let you do a scan at boot up so that it can get rid of it before windows starts.

Have you tried scanning in safe mode?
