i finally realized that im not going to be able to get a good psu to run my system for less than $65. so im going to spend $100. and i think i narrowed it down to 2 good choices(any other suggestions are welcome aswell).

Antec Truepower Trio 550W

or

Antec earthwatts EA500 ATX12V v2.0 500W Power Supply
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371007

Im not going to use SLI, so i was hoping i could get a cheaper PSU without it.

my system is...

E6420 (OC to 2.8)
2 gigs of 800 mhz ram
X1950 XT 256mb
320 gb 7200 HD

I just got this one and it's great. The rails are dead on and it's not very loud either. I think XCLIOs are made by the same place as Antecs, but I'm not sure about that. Regardless, It's a solid unit and more than enough for me.

troy88, I got my Earthwatts 500 from Amazon (Since I live in south america, it hasnt arrived yet).

http://www.amazon.com/EARTHWATTS-500-Watt-ATX12V-V2-0/dp/B000KRTBJY/

Comparing my country's economy to that of the US, 20 bucks is like 40 bucks here, so maybe you could save some money:

Newegg - $102.63 (cheapest shipping, 3 days)
Amazon - $78.10 ($24.53 save, free shipping usually 3-5 days)
ANTOnline@Amazon* - $73.15 ($29.48 save, cheapest shipping, 3-7 days)

*Amazon merchant, 100% trustable, ordered two things from them, through amazon.

So as you can see you can squeeze ~20-30 bucks.
Now, maybe for people in the US $20 is nothing, in that case nevermind
