ei guys, anyone here using the PC X1650 256MBGDDR3 128BIT on a vista os? its my friends rig, im the one who build it actually...most of the games are not running well, or not running at all in vista, it even hits the blue screen. i have already downloaded there updated driver found in their site. is it really because of the harware/driver not that compatible to vista? or the hardware itself?
here's the 800$ budget pc:

Drivers for Vita of many types are still getting the bugs worked out of them. You could try to find an earlier Vista driver (or Beta) for your card. Also, some games (and other app's) may need patches for Vista.
Should be another 6 months or so before Vista is running smooth for everyone. At the moment there are experiences of it installing and running fine, to total chaos, to the middle ground. Video drivers come out monthly but it will take a larger install base of Vista before they get to the 80% bugs fixed level. After that the rule of diminishing returns kicks in and they'll focus on whichever wheels squeak the loudest.
