Okay, so I'm using a Toshiba laptop with Vista 32 premium. The bar at the bottom of the desktop, you know, the one with the start menu, freezes sometimes. I can only regain use of it after I use the task manager to reset the 'windows explorer.'
Can anybody help me with this? It also seems to have something to do with the volume dial on my laptop - if the explorer freezes, the dials don't function.
Anyone?
