If you're looking at setting up a freeradius service on a server, then I would recommend Zentyal or HowtoForge. Zentyal can even act as a Wi-Fi access point, if you have a supported card. If you have a particular distribution you'd like to install it on, you might have better luck checking the forums for that distribution.
