ITunes Help

Hello dear forum
i just installed ITunes 8.2.1.6.
It was a clean installation. I restarted my windows computer.
When i start the application now i get following error:
----------------------ERROR MESSAGE-------------------------------
ITunes: iTunes.exe - Application Error

The instruction at "0x0012010a" referenced memory at "0x0012010a" could not be "read".
Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program
---------------------ERROR MESSAGE--------------------------------

Wheter i click OK or CANCEL the error message quits and windows runs as it was before.

Please help.
I will provide every information needed.

It could be a corrupt download. Did you try uninstalling it and downloading it again?
