Ok this happened before and i really don't know how it got fixed so i can't fix it again, i don't know why this happened but i think it happens sometimes when i uninstall a program. this is what happened http://i36.tinypic.com/awz6m0.jpg
it shows all those programs all of a sudden and it doesn't show like almost none of my programs installed, for example games or whatever, and the ones that show they don't even have an option to uninstall or anything, i can't do a system restore cause i have that thing disabled >.< please if someone knows how to fix it reply...
