C2D 4400 Overclock/Temps

Just started playing around with my new 4400, and after looking thru the C2D temp guide im scratching my head, and am quite confused.
So i figured why not post here

Tat, and core temp are showing showing 48's with idle
Speedfan is showing... 32

So i guess my question is, whats wrong, whats right, and most of all. whats safe

When i flip tat on temps shoot up to this and i quickly turn it off

I think Core Temp and TAT are telling you de accurate values, also make sure you have enabled PECI interface y the processor options in bios to make sure readings are accurate. lets see
