Corrupt Files

When I go to play minesweeper or any other Vista game it says that the files for that game are corrupt. I can not save game statics now due to these corrupt files. Can someone help me fix this problem. please. I have run virus scans and ran the check the disk program, neither worked.

Sounds like the Vista Installation got corrupted and there are a host of reasons that could have attributed to that.

You may be facing reinstalling Vista, but you need to run diagnostics to check for hardware failure, IE; memory, HDD, etc. and make sure your optical drive is functioning properly, before you even consider reinstalling.
