UNKNOWN HARD ERROR NDTLL.Dll
Im a Beginner all about computer

Okey Let start, I need help because i need to reformat a PC

this PC is corrupted,which means you can't even login to it or use....Its completely corrupted all i want is to reformat to use it again....

I have watched videos on how to reformat a computer....
But the problem is if have a
UNKNOWN HARD ERROR NDTLL.Dll
error
something like.....when i boot the computer from the CD
BTW Im using a WINDOWS XP PRO SP3 CD


Any One Who Could help me here?

it's one of the core files for the OS. shouldn't have the same error when you reinstall.
