Windows 2003 server

i have a 2003 server with a 8 gig partition and 66 gigs of unallocated space. The disk is a dynamic disk. Can I
expand the dynamic disk with the unallocated disk?

hi loli,

it seems there is no direct way to expand dynamic disk, while you absolutely can do it. here is way:

1). to copy dynamic disk to basic disk firstly, and then expand the partition, just like easus partition master does, recommended!! cause your data will be protected without data loss.

2). to convert dynamic disk to basic disk firstly, and then expand the partition, not recommended!!! cause your data may be exposed to a great risk during the converting process.
