11.76v for my only 12v rail.... this bad?

My specs.

AMD 64 3500+ @2.4ghz
APACER 512mb
G.skill 1gig
160 gig hdd
dvdwr
and my concern.. the psu is a.... FSB GROUP INC. model no: ATX-300GTF
it has 13amps on the only 12v rail.... max of 18amps

speedfan:
at load:11.76v
idle:11.84v
startup:11.92v

plz help!!!

Don't worry about it. There's a +/- 5% for the voltages on PSUs, and programs to measure voltage are rarely accurate. Unless your system is unstable you're fine.

Heh, that's definitely enough power. You could run a system with an 8800gtx and an oc'ed quad core off that thing. Now, I'm not sure that it would be a smart thing to do for an extended period of time, but still, you could.

7600gt will be good for this pc..... i dont reli upgrade...... i buy and and sell whole pcs.... cheap that way. this pc dosnt deserve all my cash lol.
