LAN Server for limiting clients pc

Hello

here is something that i think would be a great software, just one prob i dont know of any.

any one know of a software that can limit client pc in a LAN ( i know the client app must be installed on the client pc and linked to the server) but its from the server app taht i want to control the client traffic.

for instence NetLimiter that links to a server app then from that server application you can limit the client.

anyone know of such a software?
