hello to everyone,

i wanted to know whether 3d apps. like 3ds max, maya, vue, zbrush and mudbox use cpu power or gpu power.
i m gonna build new pc for such apps so pls suggest something.

Mostly CPU I think, but there might be some stuff offloaded to the GPU with some of those programs, not sure.
