How to get my xp hd back

Hello,
i have partitioned my hard disk with Linux CD . i did something wrong couldn't see XP partition. i have important data on hard disk. how to reverse the process and get my hd working on XP. thanks

Which version of Linux? If it is a LiveCD (one you can boot to a desktop without having to install - Ubuntu for example) then you can just boot from this and see if you can still see the XP drive. If you can still see the whole XP drive then we will just need to sort out your boot loader.

What you might have done is partition the drive, this will have removed the drive partitions but you might still be able to get the data back. But that's going to be a whole lot more work.

Moral - ALWAYS backup your data.
