partition problem

first of all, sorry 4 my bad english...
I've done a partition C: for operative system( windows xp pro ) and E: for
data...i've two accounts...1 administrator, 2 user... using user account i
can't directly save in E: because i don't have the right to save...

well wher i can find the permission to let save the users in the partition i
want to?

Hi,

Right click the drive in Windows Explorer and select properties. Go to the
Security tab, set permissions for Users (at least read and write). If you do
not see the Security tab, click tools/folder options, and on the view tab
disable "simple file sharing". It should then show up.
