ok this is what happens. i start up my computer. windows loaded ect ect. then before the log in screen i get a blue screen with lots of text. the computer instantly shuts down then attempts to re-boot it asks me how i want to start vista. ( Safe mode, Only use core drivers, Start windows normally. ) it happened twice and after the second time i started to get scared. so any help? thanks

Normally I'd say your overclock is unstable, or your RAM timings and voltage need to be set manually.

 

But thats just a shot in the dark with the info provided.

Will it let you boot to safe mode?
If so go into system restore and turn off the automatic reboot option.
This will let you see the error message that comes with a BSOD
