I have run ccleaner auslogics defrag and reg cleaner but it still starts slower. It's not crawling just slower than it used to. I have not noticed any programs opening slower but it could have happened so gradually that i never noticed, any ideas? All things considered it's not a big deal just curious.

The usual suspects are programs set to run at startup - anti-virus/malware, network connections, new hardware drivers etc. This stuff has a tendency to creep up.

Any ideas how much longer it takes?
