i'll be doing anything (surfing internet, playing a video game, etc.) and my computer will out of nowhere start randomly loading, i can't do anything on my computer, not even use the task manager for maybe 10-15 minutes until it stops loading, i don't even know what it's even loading. i'm not sure if that was comprehensible but i hope so, if anyone has any ideas/suggestions to help me, i would greatly appreciate it !
