i'll be doing anything (surfing internet, playing a video game, etc.) and my computer will out of nowhere start randomly loading, i can't do anything on my computer, not even use the task manager for maybe 10-15 minutes until it stops loading, i don't even know what it's even loading. i'm not sure if that was comprehensible but i hope so, if anyone has any ideas/suggestions to help me, i would greatly appreciate it ! :)

Do you have a lot of start-up Applications? Because they will slow down your PC awful, or is there any spec. application which constantly refreshes?
Does the PC just work laud or slowly doing nothing?!?

Have it always been like this? try to search on the internet to compare your problem with others...

get a copy of process explorer from Msoft. Its one of the Power Tools.
Start that as soon as you boot, and see what is running.
It gives much more info than task manager, and also gives info on what files are in use by the process..
