If I remember correctly, oem shouldn't be allowed to be reinstall or moved to dif computers.
Now, spyware got me, and I need to reformat and I have oem 64 bit home premium.
Now, do I have to convince microsoft or something, or will they just let me?

As long as it is on the original machine it can be reinstalled as many times as necessary.
