Flashing BFG Nvidia Nforce 680i SLI MOBO W/out Floppy Drive

Hey guys I don't have a floppy drive but I need to upgrade my bios on my BFG Tech Nvidia Nforce 680i SLI motherboard. I downloaded the bios flash and put it on a usb drive but when I try to boot from usb drive it says that there is no boot disk present, so I have no idea how to make it boot from a usb drive into dos so I can follow the instructions on the readme. What's worse is that when I try the AWDFLASH.exe program on setup by pressing ALT+F2 it says that I can't update it or some odd error message thingy.

Anyone know how to get a USB flash drive to boot?

1.) in your bios, there should be a setting for USB legacy support or some such USB related thingy that in the description states: USB devices are bootable... blah blah blah.


2.) BFG has a windows bios flash utility. Search for it.
