I'm trying to get my multimedia keyboard to work with itunes when it is minimized or while I have a different window open. I've downloaded the mmkeys.dll and put it into the plug-ins folder, which is suppose to fix the problem, but it just makes my multimedia keys not work at all. Any suggestions would be awsome!

Sounds like you need some drivers. Did the keyboard come with a disc?

The keyboard came with my computer when I bought it with no CD. The multimedia keys work fine when Itunes is the window I am on, but If i minimize it stops working :\

Old Itunes versions allow you to keep using the keyboard regardless if another app is open, but they updated and the feature was removed. Trying to figure out a way to get around this flaw.

What version of itunes are you on?

I am using 6.0.2.23 with no problems.
