Whats the coolant liquid crap you're talking about? Is it the thermal compound? IF it is, you need to clean the old thermal compound off the Integrated Heat Spreader and the stock cooler. Then could apply a thin layer of AS5. Be careful when installing the stock cooler because its common for 1st timers to unproperly seat it. There shouldn't be anything bad happen except for voiding your CPU warranty or overheat when you didn't seat the HSF properly.

You shouldn't have to use force to get the CPU out or else you're doing something wrong.
