Hey, there

I have some really tricky problems with quake 2 and need your help.

Since I want to play with quake 2, I first tried quake2 3.20. But
I got an "/dev/dsp Broken pipe". I have no way out and then turned to
quake2forge. It's better, but not perfect. I could run quakeforge 2
very well, but I got no music except the periodical noise. And my
soundcard works well otherwise, it can even play the *.wav file in the
quake directory.

I was struggling with this stuff for the whole week, please help!!!

The quake2forge version is: 0.2.1
Redhat 9.0 with kernel: 2.4.20-31.9
Soundcard: AC97
