Massive cpu/memory use in Media Center 11

Help! I have massive cpu and memory use when I am running Windows Media Player 11 (ver. 11.0.5721.5230). I'm running an e8400 (not over clocked) with a gigabyte motherboard. Any ideas?

I have an idea that you haven't provided anything close to enough information for anyone to help you...try thinking about the information you are providing when you ask for help...

Try whatever media you are viewing in an alternative player - if the issue goes away, then you've narrowed it down to the software or a software specific setting...
