Best CPU for budget!

Hi, my friends building a new pc and he wants to know what would be the best CPU for his budget £80 - £120.

He doesn't mind whether its Intel or AMD and this computer will be mostly for gaming.

The PII 965 beats it when it's overclocked, and it's kind of silly getting a dual core now for gaming. More and more games are starting to utilize 4 cores.
