I recently have been downloading youtube files and converting them into mp3s for my music
suddenly this method produces very bad quality

I have another idea,
I want to play the youtube videos in HQ by adding &fmt=18 or pressing it :P
while doing this I want an Audio capture program or a screencasting program with high audio bit-rate

help me out :D t
