cant log in

i have a new pc and i cant log in. im the admin and my passwords not working. i tried doing control alt delete and it just bring me to a different log in screen. is there a way i can bypass the long in screen?

are you logging into your own account, or the "Administrator" one?

Boot intot Safe Mode and login as Administrator and change your password.
