P6110t vs windows server 2008

I couldn't get any results from google after searching so I decided to try posting for help.

I have a p6110t desktop pc that I'm trying to turn into a file server. I purchased and installed 2 additional hdds. I installed the os and now it seems to have some driver issues. Under device manager there are 3 items that have !'s by them. They are:
Standard VGA Graphics Adapter
Realtek RTL 8168/8111 Family PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet NIC (NDIS 6.0)
SM Bus Controller
