I just got a Velocity E2055 from ebay with C2D 3.16Ghz, 3gigs ram, ATI 3850. I am very excited after moving from a Dell.

It does not come with an OS, so I will need to select one. The specifications on the web state that it originally was made with Windows Vista, but does it matter?

Also, do Velocity computers require a special copy of Windows like Dell computers do? Can I just go buy a general, universal copy of Windows and install?
