Benchmarking??

i need a free benchmarking program!

I have an old system which is outdated...
Pentium D 2.53
1.5gb of ram
256mb pci graphic card
100gb harddrive
350w psu
mobo is at the max i can upgrade stuff..lol so..im buying a new pc

new setup..
Core2 Duo 2.93GHz 3MB L2 Cache LGA 775
4gb of ram DDR2 800
500gb sata 32mb cache
600w psu
great mobo
(still looking for a graphic card... although i don't do any gaming or overclocking.) do i really need 1?

anyways. its much better and im really exicted about it..

but i need 1 thing.. i want to compare my pc and stuff..... i am looking for a program or something that can benchmark what i have now... so i can use it on my new pc and compare them.... (a free program if possible)

anything that records maxing your computer i guess.... so any good recommendations would be awesome...
