No = you are referring to the 64bit version of XP.
SP3 for XP 32bit is not compatible with the 64bit version.

The 64bit version uses the the SERVER 2003 64bit service pack which you can download from here:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=08FEC2F5-6E3B-4E0D-9314-646414D0A421&displaylang=en

Read this bit on the page:
"Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 2 (SP2) is a cumulative service pack that includes the latest updates and provides enhancements to security and stability. In addition, it adds new features and updates to existing Windows Server 2003 features and utilities. SP2 can be installed directly on the following operating systems:

* Windows Server 2003, x64 Editions
* Windows Server 2003 R2, x64 Editions
* Windows Server 2003 Compute Cluster Edition with Service Pack 1
* Windows Server 2003 Storage Server R2, x64 Editions
* Windows XP Professional, x64 Edition"

Note the LAST line.
