How to install XP on USB drive???

Hello everyone. Something bad happened to my RAID 5 with had the OS. Since for some reason I cant rebuild and I have no sata or IDE ports available, I would like trying to boot into windows from a USB PEN drive. I believe I will be able to fix my array from windows.

Can someone please, give me step by step instructions on how to install XP on a Pen drive? I have a 2gb one. Thanks.
