light mean?? b/c my comp wouldnt post or anything..... I hope its not the cpu fan not being mounted right or something....

It depends. Is it on the motherboard or where? If it is on the motherboard it only means it has power to the motherboard. It's probably a video problem, make sure your card is well seated and your is connected well.

It means your pc will self destruct in 5...

Like mpilch said, list your system specs, or there is little we can do. Its not the fan, coz that would just mean you would have an alarm deafening you within a minute or so saying your cpu is overheating, it will still POST with an improperly mounted fan (unless your whole heatsink is off, then it WILL NOT POST).
