Hello I was wondering if anyone can tell me why when I open up a folder within windows then get ready to close it the Operating System become unstable and my desktop background goes to blank. I have to keep resetting my background picutre every time I open up a folder then close it. Does this have anything to do with debugging? I have XP with SP3 and no configuration issues to speak of. Would welcome anyone that can help me with my WinXP Pro with SP3 desktop background and folder closing issue. Thanks.
