I installed the 181 drivers. I was encountering problems with displaying an image on my main monitor, so i uninstalled it through the control panel. After that, whenever I tried to install any drivers, at the end of the install wizard it says"The system could not be modified etc." and nothing happens, no drivers are installed, nothing is installed. I then did a series of sweeps, driver reinstalls, and still I can't get any drivers installed. Also, in the device manager my 9600 isn't even reconized. Instead it either says "Video Controller )VGA Compatible)" Or "Unknown Device". The best "drivers" I can install is the standard graphics adapter through the device manager. If I try installing drivers through the device manager, It just says "access Denied." Using vista 32 bit btw. All I need help with is getting these drivers installed =/

get a copy of driver sweeper. (its free)
use that to sweep for drivers.
Its the only one I have found that does Nvidia drivers correctly.
I have Nvidia graphics and MB chips and use it all of the time.
