best card for about $200

i am running a 6800gs and want to get something to atleast make games like COD2,company of heroes, Supremem commander, C&C3 playable but i only want to spend $200 max. i've been looking at 7900gs's and the 1950 pro's that run about 150 or so, what do you thing is the best way to go?

current system specs
amd 3500
asus a8n32
1gb ram
nvidia 6800gs
