Hello:

Any suggestions as to what I might be doing wrong with the following: in using Windows Vista Ultimate with a Radeon 1650 card, my display from the PC does not fill up the entirety of my 43" Pioneer Elite plasma display. Even when playing movies through MCE, it only fills up 95% or so of the screen, leaving an even border around the edges of the display.

Could it be a PC issue or a display issue? I realize that the parameters may be open ended but I am also looking for a little troubleshooting guidance.

Thx.
John
