Black Screen W/ Cursor after Start up.
Last response: in Windows Vista
Earlier today i went to start up my PC and after the loading bar, my screen was just black, and all i could see was my cursor. I can't see my desktop, nor does it respond to Ctrl+Alt+Del. So what should i do??
