Black Screen W/ Cursor after Start up.

Earlier today i went to start up my PC and after the loading bar, my screen was just black, and all i could see was my cursor. I can't see my desktop, nor does it respond to Ctrl+Alt+Del. So what should i do??

Safe Mode
Try running windows in safe mode
It seems that your bios posts, so it may not be a hardware issue, but prob. software, drivers, etc. that are not compatible.
From Safe Mode, i'd try to do a system restore and then work from there
