I can't load Windows 7 now O_o

All-right, so, I managed to install Kubuntu after a few days of picking away at it, but now, there's one issue...

I can't use my arrow keys to scroll down to select the Windows 7 boot loader when I am taken to the blue grub screen. It just automatically boots into Kubuntu. How do I correct this? o.o;

Sometimes if you use a USB keyboard at/around boot it will not work until the OS loads the USB drivers.

I would honestly suggest that you try to use a PS/2 keyboard and see if that allows you to scroll down and select Windows 7.

It looks like you read that as Playstation 2. She's actually referring to those old 6-pin green and purple connectors that you've probably not used in years: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PS/2_connector

Rather than resorting to this, check in your BIOS for a USB setting named similarly to Legacy USB (although it could be named something entirely different). If this is not enabled then USB devices usually won't work between the POST and the OS drivers loading.
