I've noticed after installing "Microsoft - Other hardware - HID Non-User Input Data Filter" yesterday (optional update) that allot of my text in Vista (but not all) are bold when they shouldn't be.
All the songs in my iTunes library, all text posted by users in forums, and various buttons throughout Vista seem to be bold when they shouldn't be.
I was just wondering if anyone knew how to fix this w/o uninstalling the update (which i'm not sure what it does anyway)
Thanx for any help
My computer is:
AMD: Athlon 64 X2 5200+ 2886 MHz
Mobo: Gigabyte M57SLI-S4 v.2
RAM: 4GB Mushkin DDR2 PC2-6400
OS: Vista 64bit SP2
VC: EVGA 8800 GTS 320MB
I have exactly the same problem, only I didn't have installed that update. My problems with the bold text appeared 3 days after I updated my pc for the last time.
I've tried to change this with the option Right mouse button on desktop>personalize>windows color and appearance>open classic appearance properties....... I've tried to change fonts, change from no bold to bold and back, tried several themes and I also did a system restore... All of this had no effect.
Does anyone has a solution for this???
