preferrably open source. right now i use CCleaner to "clean up" whatever it cleans up. i'm looking for some good open source pc maintenance stuff, a defragger too if possible.

CCleaner is a great free program. Another good one that comes to mind is

CleanMOCache which also another free program. You can find it at:

http://majorgeeks.com/CleanMOCache_d4232.html

It is also freeware.
