Strange DLL Error on Vista Start

Have a slight problem here.

For a couple hours now, whenever I boot up Vista I get a strange error when everything is loaded saying that either "qoMqqqFV.dll" or "qoMgggFV.dll" cannot be found in path "CWindows/ System32"

Now I haven't noticed any kind of performance decrease, but the error message is bothering me because I don't even know what uses that .dll

I also tried Googling it, but nothing showed with that name. Pretty Odd.

Vista Ultimate x64
Intel E6600
8GB RAM
ESET Smart Security 3.0.684
Vista Manager 2.0.2
Core Temp

And here's a list of all of my installed programs, just so I can have everything Pseudo-covered.

I'm scared to use that thing. Last time I used it, 3-4 of my programs didn't work and I had to reinstall everything. I was so mad.
