Triple monitor and single montor

I run a multi monitor setup on my computer. I am currently using windows XP pro SP3.

The problem is some of my games run better on a single monitor system, is there a way to link a hardware profile to a user profile so all I have to do is switch users.

I know it seems simple to just disable the other two monitors, but I have a organized desktop for work that I do. And removing the icons form the other monitors is a lot of work to play games, and putting them back is even more work, if I could juts switch users and have the monitors on or off depending on the account.
