Dimension E521 video card

Hi I am very horrible with computers, so bear with me. I have a dimesnion E521 that I want to have an hdmi port so I can transfor it onto to my hdmi port on my tv. Im not sure what card to buy, I don't need anything fancy just to watch movies, no games. I don't wanna spend alote. Can anyone help me?
