What is boot error code no 9 in windows

Hello,i have ubunto installed in my laptop..i wanna change to windows but i cannot boot my disc at the stat up...error msg shows boot error code 9..may i know what it is???

Is this booting Ubuntu from your hard disc or trying to boot from your windows CD/DVD?
