Lsass.exe error

I am running into lsass.exe error and the computer shutsdown and reboots. I know you can abort the shutdown, but I can't even get that far. I try to boot in safe mode and no such luck. Suggestions Please.

just click on start - run and write " shutdown -a " without "" .. this is a worm... is the most recent and one of the most virulent viruses to impact windows... if this didn't fixed your problem... post for more help...
