It seems there's not a whole lot of info about putting XP on a small FAT32 partition, regarding performance (I guess since not very many people do it).
Anyway, I'm using a 15GB partition for my (only) OS so that system files will stay nice and clumped together, but I'm not sure if I should use NTFS on such a small partition. Would there be any advantage, performance-wise, to format this small partition in FAT32 since FAT32 is regarded as better for small drives? Would the disadvantages outweigh the advantages?
