I have/had a Seagate Backup drive connected to a desktop computer on my home network. I have been backing up a laptop on the network to the Seagate, and now, something is messed up.

I have disconnected the backup drive and I cannot get rid of the "mapped drive" (k) icon in My Computer.
When I click on it I get the "Open With" dialogue box.

I have tried using DOS prompt: K: /d
and that doesn't work.

How can I get rid of it? I want to start over in my network backup strategy with the Seagate drive

Thanks
